My 1 yr old American Bulldog has bumps on the rear end of his torso. I look at them to see if they are actually on his skin or in his fur and mostly they are tangled in his hair. i have picked a few off and they dont bleed so i assume they are not attached.. after i bathe him they seem to go away but about a day or two later i see that they are back again.. they seem to be oily.
